Conversely (see previous photo), everyone in Washington knows that Paul Wolfowitz is most definitely NOT hung. At all. In fact, one might say he is considerably LESS than hung. Which of course may account for his belligerence (and that of certain other highly placed neocons). We are left to wonder if this highly distorted image is the product of some Pentagon P.R. person trying to scare the bejesus (or the bemohammed) out of our nation's speleologically challenged enemies.
