This picture also has CLEARLY been Photoshopped to a fare-thee-well. EVERYBODY in Washington knows that Karl Rove, in spite of his avoirdupois, is HUNG. Clearly this photo is some kind of attempted pinko liberal smear on his impressive manhood, so to speak.
