Another toughie. Caesar somehow succeeded in imposing his "Gallic Wars" on countless generations of school children for 2,000 years. We’d give him a solid B for that performance, the same grade attained by Mao with his incomparable, succinct "Little Red Book" (not to mention his endless poems). The clear winner has to be Hitler who, in "Mein Kampf" very clearly told the world what he was going to do in explicit detail and then proceeded to do it. Sadly, our own present American leader, would score off-scale somewhere down around F-, if such were possible. We can only be thankful that he has not yet taken pen to paper but you can be sure it it--Heaven help us--coming.
