This is a satellite view of the Ross Shelf Ice Sheet in Antarctica, which is melting. Sea level's gonna rise, old friend, and the only centers of culture unaffected will be inland, elevated hotbeds of High Culture such as Omaha, Ulan Bator, and Nairobi.
