As a free public service, the editors of Magellan’s Log, heeding Attorney General John Ashcroft’s warning that we’ve got to start paying more attention to the least deviance from the American Way, have worked up a handy checklist to help you in your effort to be a good, alert citizen. Feel free to print and distribute copies to your like-minded patriotic friends.

We hope our small contribution will help get Operation TIPS off to a roaring start!

For your convenience, we’ve divided the list. There are "workplace" questions to be asked about your fellow employees, and "residential" questions to be asked about your neighbors.

When you have finished going through the questionnaire, you will find instructions for submitting your vital, patriotic answers to the proper authorities.
