On May 16, Dubya accidentally destroys Colombia, Bolivia, and several parts of Ecuador when he by mistake presses the Big Red Button on his cell phone while trying to dial Directory Assistance to get Charleton Heston’s number to ask Heston’s advice about growing a beard like the one Heston sported in "The Ten Commandments" (Dubya having felt he needed to look more sage-like). Wall Street reacts with concern to this outburst of boyish exuberance..
