| This is a code puzzle. A code is a secret way to
communicate. This puzzle uses something called a substitution code. That means each letter
in the alphabet is written using a different letter. Your job is to figure out what each
letter in the code really is. For example, we could make a code like this:
A = Z
B = Y
C = X
D = W
E = V
F = U, etc.
Then, if we wanted to write the word "BED" in this code, we would write:
"YVW".
Hints:
1. "E" is the most common letter in English.
2. "The" is the most common 3-letter word in English.
3. Look at the title (above) and think about the possible meaning of the sentences
below. For example: why is the "R" in "Rtdveya" in the first sentence
a capital letter? And notice that "Rtdveya" has 7 letters...
