callouses thicken,
blind spots spread:
such is age.
Yes, antennae still twitch
to tempos of the known
and vastly unknown
which in spite of
midges, callouses, and
blind spots keep on
impinging.

Art heats. Great art heats a lot. Stand (alone) near the wall of a good museum if you don’t believe me.
